Vivify Beverages believes that life is too short to make compromises. Our founders spent their careers working in the beer business and felt like they always had to make tradeoffs when looking for products that fulfilled their own needs, so they decided to stop waiting for someone to come out with that ideal product and just create it themselves 

This dynamic new beverage company is now looking to expand the team to include self-starting, passionate sales professionals who will be critical to the success of Bravazzi and Itz Spritz.

The Regional Manager for the Midwest will lead commercial strategy and execution for Vivify Beverages throughout the Midwest.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Regional Chain Management
    • Establish strong relationships with key chain leadership in the region
    • Build regional chain programming and ensure communication and execution with distributors
    • Build chain pricing strategies and promotional calendar
  • Distributor Management
      • Establish strong relationships with key distributor personnel in the region 
        • Manage Annual Brand Plan process with key distributors. Develop and manage budgets, MBO’s and pricing/promo strategies
        • Manage distributor inventory levels and monthly ordering process with distributors
      • People Management
        • Manage 2-3 Market Managers in designated region
        • Set and review goals on a quarterly basis
        • Assist in overall selling process
        • Coach, mentor and develop strong selling skills of Market Mangers
        • Lead annual performance review process for sales team
          • Fiscal responsibility and volume accountability
            • Manage total region volume against monthly, quarterly and annual volume plans 
            • Create and present monthly performance reports by distributor, chain and total region
            • Drive profitability through fiscal discipline in market 
            • Responsible for management of regional market budget, assist in determining regional market investments and resource allocation
          • Regional Program and Partner Management
            • Identify and recommend programs and partnerships that build the brand with consumers and grow overall volume in the market
            • Manage relationships with partners and agencies and ensure market execution
            • Conduct ongoing evaluation of partnerships to determine ROI and assess future potential

          Job requirements: 

          • Bachelor’s degree 
          • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in consumer goods, beverage alcohol experience preferred
          • Registered, reliable and insured vehicle with a good driving record 
          • Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds 
          • Must be of legal drinking age and pass a drug test 
          • Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint; excellent verbal & written communication skills 
          • Must be willing to work with a flexible schedule (some nights and weekends) 
          • Willing to increase travel up to 60% as markets expand 
          • Knowledge of three-tier system preferred 
          • Proven track record of success throughout previous work experience, 4+ years of sales experience preferred
          • Previous people management strongly preferred
