Seven Stills is hiring!  

Our beer program is just over one year old and we are just beginning to start establishing our brand in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.  In order to help us take our business to the next level we are looking to hire one new on-premise East Bay sales representative, and one new on-premise San Francisco sales representative.  

Ideal candidates will have some previous sales experience and be: friendly, able to work as part of a team, strong communicator, basic computer skills (i.e. google docs/sheets), very outgoing, personable, kind, respectful, passionate about craft, hard working, competitive, and most importantly, get along well with the rest of our staff. 

Culture is the most important aspect to us in hiring new candidates and we are very strong believers of promoting from within.  All new job opportunities are available first to existing employees.  

Compensation for this position is a base salary plus commission based on gross sales.  Our commission structure is based off of realistic expectations that we believe our reps can easily attain to hit their financial goals.  Employees are also eligible for health/dental benefits, PTO, sick time, gas/mileage reimbursement, some travel to festivals and conferences, and an employee stock option program.
