Small, fast growing entrepreneurial distributor in the Brewery Supply sector looking to hire a full-time, hands-on Office Manager/Inside Sales Support person who will be responsible for all aspects of running day-to-day operations. This position requires someone who is detail orientated with exceptional communication, organizational, time management, accounting and computer skills. You will be the owner's right hand person. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in several different aspects of the business.

 

General responsibilities include: 

  • Accounting with Quickbooks

  • Creating new and maintaining existing B2B relationships

  • Create shipments for small packages as well as LTL & FTL freight shipments (i.e. packing slips, shipping labels/ BOLs and commercial invoices)   

  • Payment reconciliation, invoicing and inventory management 

  • Receive incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or e-mail 

  • Assisting with trade shows, including set-up and tear down - travel to out of town trade shows as required, occasional overnight stays.

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned including: mailing, sending sample requests, tracking courier packages, product pick-up and trips to warehouse

     

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 

  • Minimum 3 year’s experience in customer service

  • Must be personable and outgoing 

  • Knowledge of social media marketing including MailChimp, Twitter, etc

  • Knowledge of the Craft Beer industry an asset

  • Must own your own car and valid Ontario drivers license

  • Strong Accounting and Quickbooks skills
