Athletic Brewing, based in CT, is looking for our 5th team member to take our Lab / QC program to the next level. As our distribution footprint rapidly grows, our current team's time will be needed in other areas, and we're looking for a professional who can take ownership of our lab, QC, and yeast programs. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing startup on a mission to make a positive impact with our non-alcoholic craft beers. Biology/Microbiology degree from an advanced institution.
Food science education and/or experience.
Experience with a focus on yeast.
Dedication to craft, dependability, integrity, thoroughness.
Enthusiasm for problem-solving.
Works well on small teams.
Location: Stratford, CT.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
