  • Manages day-to-day productivity of all Arizona Off-Premise Managers & On-Premise Brand Ambassadors through Lilypad
  • Implement and assure team is executing against monthly goals (developed with National Sales Director)
  • Send weekly recaps of previous/upcoming weeks around accomplishments/goals
  • Able to understand the competitive craft beer & spirit industry, with a strong desire and passion to win
  • Responsible for Arizona annual business plans & presentations with National Sales Director
  • Send monthly recaps to all AZ distributors by the 10th of the following month
  • Consults with Manager/Supervisors at distributor to ensure execution of market strategy
  • Design programs for our retail partners to feel connected and loyal towards SanTan Brewing & Distilling in both On & Off-Premise segments
  • Recap program execution
  • Support distributor reps as needed at Key Accounts on weekly basis in On & 0ff-Premise
  • Fully understand individual and market specific budgets
  • Perform “work-withs” with distributor partners and/or sales team a minimum of 3x /week (in the field a minimum of 12 days a month)
  • Attend weekly marketing meetings
  • Run weekly sales meetings including constant training and role playing.
  • Understand the importance of training and developing the sales team on a daily basis
  • Analyze weekly VIP/Nielson reports with Brand Ambassadors and Off-Premise Managers to update core accounts and look for opportunities/sales call targets
  • Develop PREPLAN for the upcoming month ready by the 6th of the current month
  • Participate in all major SanTan events and festivals
  • Able to work 1-2 weekends a month
  • Maintain honesty in self-reporting
  • Hire, train, and develop new Reps as needed in all Arizona Markets
