We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, goal-driven, communicative and charismatic individual to continue to grow sales in New England - in the states of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. The Sales Representative for NE will be an integral role at CSL, and the position a great opportunity to join a small team and fast-growing brewery. Preferred: fluent in English and Spanish. Key responsibilities include: 

-  Sell our beers to on-premise and off-premise accounts by building strong relationships with retailers – grow existing accounts and open new accounts

-  Collaborate with our distributors' sales representatives to market and sell our beers

-  Maximize sales by monitoring and improving product merchandising and freshness in retail locations

-  Grow brand awareness in RI, MA, at CT by executing marketing efforts including in-store tastings, participating in local/mexican events, tap takeovers, etc. 


  • Present product, brand, and values to retailers and bars
  • Work closely with distribution partner sales team to see sales efforts through to delivery
  • Train, motivate, and influence managers and staff at retailers and distributors
  • Utilize data and sales information to prioritize and strategize retail sales efforts and promotions
  • Develop account action plans to maximize long term account sales
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to support retail account sales (e.g. social media, tasting events, education)
  • Supply POS materials to retail customers and distributor sales representatives
  • Provide Monopolio management with information to improve our success in NYC
  • Execute merchandising of Monopolio products both on- and off-premise
  • Manage and perform all retailer tastings and special events in NYC
  • Engage new accounts with literature and samples while keeping detailed notes of account progress
  • Develop monthly sales report and plan to execute

At a minimum, the NYC Sales Representative must have the following qualifications:

  • Live in NYC area
  • 21+ years old
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 1-3 years of sales experience or field marketing in the beer industry
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physical ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently
  • Flexible schedule - evening and weekend sampling events, promotions, and festivals.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company 
  • Ability to maintain professionalism during and after the consumption of alcohol
