Job requirements as per the listed job positing, with expectation to be flexible on job scope given nature of our business.

Candidates will have:

  • A passion for beer, brewing and experimentation
  • No direct brewing experience required, but a desire to learn more about beer production is a must
  • A can-do attitude with excellent teamwork skills
  • Unfailing politeness and courtesy to customers

Duties will include:

  • Owning the brite tank (chilling & carbonation) processes
    • Sanitizing
    • Transferring beer from fermenters
    • Carbonating
    • Filling kegs & recording keg counts
    • Cleaning/ sanitizing
  • Tracking empty keg inventory
  • Keg washing
  • Maintain accurate and legible records
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

Overview of Employment

Terms of initial employment 

  • Job Type:  Full time, 40 HRS/week
  • Pay Rate:  $15/HR
    • Paid bi-weekly per Barebottle’s regular payroll schedule
  • Health Benefits: Employee medical, dental and vision benefits with short and long-term disability plan. New employee coverage begins 60 days after the start of employment, so please continue your current coverage until that time
  • Paid Time Off: 10 days/ year
  • Paid Sick Leave: 24 hours/ year (SF mandate)
  • Paid Holidays: 10 days/ year
