The ideal candidate should possess a passion for craft beer, demonstrated sales success , mandatory 2-3 years minimum in an alcoholic beverage sales role either with a alcoholic beverage distributor or supplier, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to grow and maintain relationships

  • Strong organizational habits, and good critical thinking/problem solving skills
  • Must be able nights and weekends
  • Computer literate with an understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Natural leadership, integrity, loyalty, and a good sense of humor
  • Patient, persistent and goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of sales development
  • Able to lift 60-115 lbs on a repetitive basis
  • Clean Driving record
  • Strong understanding of the 3-tier distribution network

In this roll you will

  • Manage a sales territory and be responsible for all activity within the geographical boundary
  • Develop new accounts achieving monthly sales goals.
  • Liaise between accounts, distributor reps in your area, and brewery team to facilitate order entry process (inventory management and order fulfilment)
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key on and off premise accounts.
  • Be responsible for representing Evans Brewing Company at beer festivals, industry events,promotional in-store tastings, tap takeovers, and pint nights
  • Communicate consistently and frequently with each account in the territory to gain and maintain ranging and orders for fresh beer
  • Provide continuing education through staff training and be the "face" of Evans Brewing Company in the Inland Empire
  • Weekly reports sent to Director of Sales on activity in the territory 
  •  Attend responsively to customer needs and preferences
  • Work closely with our distributor counterparts in your market
