Regional Beer Sales Rep
Wild Wolf Brewing Company is seeking a highly-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, and responsible individual for a position within our sales force covering the central Virginia markets (Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Waynesboro and Staunton with limited need to cover Roanoke, Salem, Lynchburg and Lexington)

As a representative of our brand, your primary responsibility will entail knowing our story and our products and maintaining/growing exceptional relationships with distribution, retail and beer-drinking customers.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
Independently create and communicate a goal-oriented, daily/weekly schedule with the sales director that optimizes time spent with our customers. Keep a daily record of all sales calls with accounts and details of the customer interaction. Continuously update database of distributor and retailer contact information.
Plan and execute promotional events with both on and off-premise key accounts to build sales and distribution opportunities within your given territory. Represent Wild Wolf at Festivals and Events and provide feedback on other breweries’ practices to improve our own. Analyze distributor and retailer sales data and produce actionable recommendations based upon this information including sales forecasts.
Organize the launches of new beers within your territories to achieve pre-sale goals. Identify and recommend collaboration opportunities for pursuit with local charities, businesses or other breweries.
Train bar and wait-staff as often as possible about Wild Wolf’s brand and beers to ensure communication of accurate product information to the end consumer. Communicate relevant anecdotal market information including customer feedback and retail product pricing issues to the Sales Director and other Wild Wolf Management.
Know the competition. Seriously. Try their beers and know how we stack up against all of them in flavor, retail product pricing and point of sale promotion/marketing and be able to make recommendations based on this information.
Expect significant amounts of traveling daily, with occasional overnight stays. Creativity, dedication and beer-centered enthusiasm are highly valued. Late-night and weekend work will be required based on event and festival scheduling. This position requires a high degree of communication and organization.
Be willing to find and explore new ways to win in the marketplace. We are a young brewery and this position will have many opportunities for growth within the brewery as we mature.
Compensation will be both industry-competitive and commensurate with experience.
Must have a reliable vehicle, safe driving record and be over 21.
Craft Beer Sales: minimum 1 year
