Positions core responsibilities include:

  • Category development growth in key independents to include but not limited to:  distribution (new/existing), flow and share.

  • Become the market’s preferred category partner focusing efforts in DBI’s off-premise controllable account base.

  • Build schematics that are arranged by segments and in compliance with the Company’s reset standards and retailer’s needs. Utilize Space Planning, TUF (Trade up Flow) standards and MillerCoors’ Space Management Program.

  • Identify opportunities for resets by reviewing shelves and sales with retailer.  Generate and sell-in reset proposals in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the District Managers and Brand Managers on departmental initiatives and house goals.

  •  Work closely with the Brand Managers and District Sales Managers on new accounts, reset leads, category presentations, timelines and execution.

  • Captain chain resets to ensure stores are set to mandated schematics


  • Effectively communicate work related with other departments in a timely manner.  Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Complete records, forms and reports properly and accurately

  • Computer skills preferred:  Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Space Planning.

  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the job (products, accounts, routes, paperwork, etc.)
