Florida Beer Company is Florida’s original homegrown brewery located in the Space Coast, 45 minutes due east of Orlando and just north of beautiful Cocoa Beach. Florida Beer Company is seeking a dependable, hardworking and disciplined individual that can deliver measurable KPI achievement for National and Local Chains as assigned in areas of responsibility. Manage chain performance through VIP and syndicated data and manage individual retail outlets utilizing Karma Notes.


Manage the beer portfolio of Florida Beer Company, with the Distributors Sales Teams and buyers of National/Local Florida Beer Company chains. Develop strong relationships with the key decision maker(s) within the Distributor Teams and Buyers of Local Market Florida Beer Company Chains.

Ensure Florida Beer Company Brands are constantly in Distributor’s sales force minds when in contact with the targeted trade accounts.

Develop and maintain relationships within high volume Chain accounts to achieve maximum ad/feature activity across the portfolio.

Focus on chain call points that will deliver increased distribution, price feature activity, ad feature activity, cross tie merchandising opportunities and sampling programs.

Achieve brand distribution and feature objectives for all accounts.  Tracking of authorized and mandated activity a must with distributor network to close all opportunities sold-in.

Ensure pricing for Florida Beer Company’s Brands are executed in-line with strategies.

Ensure all appropriate Florida Beer Company’s brands point of sale is implemented in designated accounts to increase brand velocity and visibility of brands.

Control inclusion of Florida Beer Company’s Brands in target accounts marketing activities & events.

Organize and supervise execution of consumer tastings, band promotions and events with all call points.

Recap and review all necessary account follow up FBC sales team as well as distributor network key account personnel.

Track all key account feature activity and utilize syndicated data to assist with chain account sales calls.


Develop constructive and positive relationships with key account customers to ensure the Channel plans are executed across the entire portfolio.  Strive to obtain 100% retail execution of strategic programming within the Trade Channel.

Follow-up execution on chain account plans (distribution, ad/features, programming, and activation) per targeted account monthly and continually review and ask to modify as appropriate to ensure Florida Beer Company’s Brand KPIs are met.


Work closely with Distributor managers to implement plans and strategies to achieve success for the Florida Beer Company portfolio within the key account channel and targeted accounts.

Work closely with all Distributor chain account personnel to communicate our position and selling strategy.

Liaise, on a permanent basis, with the V.P. of Sales to communicate all results of execution plans status and any issues rising from the market for action plans.

Inform, on a permanent basis, the V.P. of Sales of all competitive activity in the markets.

Work closely with FBC’s production team, beer order personnel, and field sales team to ensure product is available for all feature activity gained at retail. 


Manage set budget for designated accounts and programs. Ensure spending is equal to or under budget and delivers strong ROI for Florida Beer Company’s brands. Review spending by account monthly V.P. of Sales.

Manage Travel & Entertainment budget. Ensure spending is equal to or under budget. Review spending monthly with V.P. of Sales
