  • Oversee and be responsible for all operational and production activities
  • Lead, supervise, develop, and coach the Packaging, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Facilities departments
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators for production and communicate performance to senior-level management
  • Manage and take ownership of capital and expansion projects from start to finish to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Work cross functionally with all departments and clearly communicate all information related to production with senior management
  • Work directly with the CFO to develop and manage budgets in each production department. Monitor the production budget and implement ideas to reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Direct the maintenance department to ensure all equipment and facilities are operational and are being properly maintained.
  • Develop processes and controls to maximize efficiency in the warehouses and minimize inventory loss
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for production and ensure proper training and certification of production staff
  • Initiate, implement, and complete new projects and initiatives to create a culture of continuous improvement
  • Be a collaborative individual to tackle problems and create solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a management position at a manufacturing facility. Previous experience in beverage manufacturing or fermentation preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety certifications
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience managing budgets
  • Experience with wastewater systems preferred
  • Prior experience with ERP system implementation preferred
