Montucky Cold Snacks (MCS) is actively looking for a VP of Sales to join our fast-growing company.  We are an American style lager beer based in Livingston, MT with our core values centering around giving back to the community and celebrating the fun and active outdoor-lifestyle.   We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter and enjoys a fast-paced environment with exceptional experience to lead the MCS sales team.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales representatives throughout the U.S.

  • Create and implement the sales strategy for the next 5 years including budgeting, forecasting, and launching new markets.

  • Develop an annual sales plan in support of MCS’ strategy and objectives.

  • Communicate and build relationships with new and existing distributors.

  • Manage multiple channels and selling strategies in conjunction with the Marketing team.

  • Lead National chain authorization and support.

  • Build, develop, and manage the MCS sales team.

  • Work closely with all MCS departments including Finance, Operations, and Marketing.

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships.

  • Identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets.

  • Participate with MCS staff  in hiring additional sales employees as needed.

  • Be a key leader for the MCS team while promoting the culture of our organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in relevant field.

  • Sales experience in alcohol sales preferred, but not required.

  • 5 - 10 years of sales experience.

  • Extensive involvement developing a sales representative team across various states.

  • Strong work ethic with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Must be highly conscientious, organized and detail-oriented.

  • Must possess a helpful, friendly, collaborative personality.

  • Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, goal-focused environment.

  • Able to use a laptop and email, proficient with Microsoft office products, pdf documents, utilize a CRM software, expense tracking software, and knowledgeable with VIP.

  • Travel will be required.
