SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR:
- Develop and execute day-to-day real-time consumer communication of the brand on social media platforms
- Manage the digital voice of brand; monitor the sentiment and reputation of the brand
- Develop and execute long-term strategy of brand communication
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that consumer digital experiences & social voice align with the brand’s tone and voice as well as the overall company culture, goals and vision
- Create and maintain photographic and video assets alongside the in-house Content Developer
- Manage social media content calendar on all platforms (organic and paid) in each market
- Monitor growth and performance of social media platforms
- Track and report social media metrics and deliver monthly reports on performance to the team
- Evaluate past performance and compare performance against other competitors to drive future content and campaigns
- Analyze social media analytic tools to develop and build brand strategies
- Monitor and report on new tech trends and social media platform updates
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience in the social media universe, preferably with foodservice, beverage or marketing industry background
- At least 1 year of experience using social media analytic tools
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Strong copywriting and communication skills both verbally and written and strong attention to detail
- Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro highly desired
- Ability work under strict deadlines
- Creative mind, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and able to take initiative
- Strong time management, project management skills
- Experience marketing in the beer, wine, or spirits industries is a plus
BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER:
- Execute the brand through experiential marketing
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute the activation of the brand through out-of-the box brand activations
- Work with the Brand team to make sure brand culture and personality is accurately reflected in brand activations
- Coordinate with Social Media Coordinator, Brand team, and rest of the Marketing department to ensure a 360-degree Marketing approach at all events
- Own and continually evolve top tier events
- Measure and track the budget, attendance, performance, and ROI of events
- Strategize budget allocations and breakdowns of regional support
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute brand’s culture tours throughout “away market” cities
- Present ideas and information on products to retailers and consumers through events, samplings and educational programs
- Perform administrative duties as required such as tracking reports, monitoring budgets, promotional recaps, etc.
- Oversee and develop Event staff and Brand Ambassadors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports
- At least 1 year of Experiential Marketing experience
- Outgoing personality; ability to communicate effectively with consumers, retailers and team members
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as hang merchandising materials.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record and use of personal vehicle.
