Position Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overseeing all Taproom activities including, but not limited to:

  • Training of staff
  • Develop and manage the Taproom schedule ensuring adequate staff coverage
  • Manage the overall cleanliness of the Taproom
  • Enforce all health and safety rules
  • Budget Management

2. Achievement of Taproom sales objectives

3. Preparation and upkeep of all Taproom documents and certifications

4. Manage all Taproom inventory including, but not limited to:

  • Beer
  • Apparel
  • Wine, soft drinks, snacks
  • Cleaning supplies
  • POS supplies

5. Assist in the creation, management and support of all Special Events including, but not limited to:

  • Concerts
  • Large group events
  • Bus tours

Required Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of related experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to handle multiple project at one time
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends
  • Ability to assess potential issues and take immediate corrective action
  • Strong interpersonal skills
