SUMMARY

Provides expert financial advice, guidance and counsel supporting business objectives and decisions. Researches, evaluates and interprets financial data using advanced and emerging financial techniques and tools. Design and implementation of complex corporate/finance projects including preparing cost justification, proposals and risk assessments. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Understanding the category, channel and shopper through the use of available data sources. Internal data, VIP, Syndicated Data, Loyalty Data, Retailer Data, and other Market Research

Understanding the retailers strategy, business needs, and goals

Incorporation of the FBC business objectives and channel strategies

Incorporate consumer/shopper insights and behavior into analysis and insights

Synthesizing all insights into selling story, category and business reviews

Apply FBC category management standards

Implement FBC retail solutions with customers

Deliver Category Management presentations to retailers and distributors to build partnerships and grow category

Deliver Space Management presentations in order to sell in FBC space and assortment strategy

Develop customer category plans collaboratively with the retailer and distributors

Implement agreed solutions; track, measure and communicate results.

Retailer database management, maintenance, analysis, reporting

Post program results analysis

Utilize space and assortment tools to optimize retailer’s category and meet FBC Goals

Own the Retail Reset process through project management and planogram creation/validation as needed

Education and/or Experience                                            

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
