Stoneface Brewing Company is seeking a beer-loving, enthusiastic, hands-on marketing candidate to manage our Brand and Field Marketing needs. This influential role in the organization is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the strategic marketing plans to cultivate the Stoneface brand. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer who is well versed in branding, social media, community outreach, and event coordination; works well autonomously and with a team; is a methodical project manager; and has a killer work ethic.


    Field Marketing

  • Festival coordination – coordinate festival participation, top to bottom
  • Promotional events – work with Field Sales team on event development and execution
  • Sponsorships – develop & manage sponsorships, partnerships, donations, and other co-branding initiatives

   Brand Management

  • Agency relations – function as lead point of contact/project manager for marketing and design partners
  • Inbound marketing strategy & execution – manage all digital channels, including social media, website, newsletter, third party websites (like Untappd)
  • Tasting Room – enhance the customer experience by working with the Tasting Room team on events, promotions, the tour program, merchandise program, social media, and website needs
  • Promotional asset procurement – work with outside vendors to develop and procure brand graphics, specialty POS/merch, print materials, supplies/equipment, etc

   Administrative Duties

  • Budget management
  • Market recap reports
  • Internal briefings with senior management team
  • Brand, label, and UPC registrations - register new brands with federal and state agencies 


  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and problem solving / analytical skills
  • Strong written & oral communication skills and outgoing personality
  • Ability to navigate a fast paced, diverse work environment
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Social media savvy
  • Passion for beer and knowledge of the brewing process and styles
  • Willingness to work unconventional hours, including night and weekend events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint) required
  • Clean driving record; clean, reliable personal vehicle; and ability to travel
  • Must be able to safely move up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to consume responsibly (21+ years of age)
