Grand Junction Brewing Co. is an award-winning brewery located in the fast-growing City of Westfield, Indiana, recently named one of the top places to live in the country. We are currently seeking a well-qualified and energetic General Manager to add to our growing team. We have two locations serving the area, a classic brew pub located in historic downtown Westfield and a tap room located on the outskirts of Grand Park, the nation's largest outdoor amateur sports complex. Previous leadership experience is required and a passion for the craft beer industry is a must. The General Manager will be directly responsible for both the pub and tap room locations, and will report directly to ownership. The General Manager will be the face of the company to most of our guests and should represent the brand at a first-class level.  The General Manager will be tasked with the successful planning, organizing, execution, and leadership of the company’s operations and exceeding, not just meeting, the goals set forth by GJBC ownership.  The General Manager will also be heavily involved in coordinating onsite and offsite events. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: managing 25+ team members in a fast-paced, customer focused operation. The General Manager will work closely with ownership and our brewing team on a daily basis. The General Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of all staff, with the exception of the staff working directly on the brewing team.  In addition, creating, booking, and planning events at both the pub and tap room locations will be expected.   

Other management duties will include, but are not limited to; staffing, training, colleague development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of service expectations by our team members.  A guest focused mentality is a requirement.
