National Sales Director

Ideal Qualifications

10+ years sales experience in the food and beverage industry, including, previous experience with managing wholesalers.  Bachelor Degree Preferred in relevant field


Essential Duties:

  • Planning and execution of annual sales targets in each territory

  • Participate in annual sales forecasting program and Annual Business Plan development

  • Supervise and manage current sales team, recommend staffing changes and train new hires.

  • Manage all current and future distributors relationships, ensure distributors are on track to meet goals set in ABP process

  • Monitor inventory levels and inventory turn rates

  • Assess and report on sales trends

  • Analyze sales trends to develop strategic sales initiatives

  • Develop regional key account programs, manage key on and off premise chain customers

  • Recommending pricing strategy and consult on distributor margins, price increases and local market investments

  • Identifies opportunities to enter new markets and work with Marketing Director to build market launch plans

  • Monitor competition and trends in markets
