Our Oktoberfest + Hog Roast is BACK with our kvass-style Honeycrumb ale, live music, and merch!

HOG-toberfest, our annual Oktoberfest + Hog Roast, is BACK! Last year’s event was a huge success, and we’re ready to strap on our lederhosen and have another round! This year, we’re extra excited to release Honeycrumb, our malty farmhouse ale with rye bread and honey. This event is first-come, first-served, with no reservations required. BYO chair encouraged!

>> Honeycrumb beer release: available in 500mL bottles and on draught
>> Polka music: Lederhosen Junkies 1-4 PM, with blues to follow at 6 PM by Strahan & the Good Neighbors
>> $10 pretzel + beer combos + GIANT pretzels available
>> $15 roasted pork sandwich plates with two sides served at 5 PM. The hog has been locally raised and fed a diet including spent grain from the brewery and will be roasting all day on a rotisserie over the firepit.
>> Games and merch giveaways throughout the day!

More about Honeycrumb:
This malt-forward ale features a soft honey aroma, crisp finish, and low bitterness. Made with Texas-grown Pilsner malt, Ryeman Rye from Barton Springs Mill, 150 lbs. of rye bread from Abby Jane Bakeshop and East Texas wildflower honey this Kvass style brew has plenty of local flavor to ease us into the Fall.

More about Roughhouse Brewing:
Roughhouse Brewing is a family-run brewery located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, just between San Marcos and Wimberley on Ranch Road 12. Enjoy a cold craft beer under the shady oaks of the beer garden or in the cozy loft overlooking the brewery.
While they’re known for dry, crisp Farmhouse-style ales, Roughhouse Brewing also serves up traditional lagers, hand-selected Texas wines and ciders, and classic non-alcoholic beverages. The in-house kitchen offers up a full menu of items made from fresh, locally sourced produce and protein.
