This is the perfect beer to share with that special someone on Mother’s Day. That’s why we are releasing this one on a Wednesday…to make sure you have your bottle(s) ready for Sunday, May 10th. So pick p a bouquet of Rosés for Mother’s Day.

Our Rosé is a Mixed Fermentation Wild Ale that was first aged in Oak Barrels for a full year before it was racked onto fresh, local Zinfandel grapes from nearby San Marcos. The freshness from the yeast on grape skins pairs harmoniously with our house culture. Giving this wine-like sour a delightful level of funk and sour.

The vibrant fuchsia color draws you in for your first sip. After that the flavor takes over … and the rest is history.
