Join us on Friday, January 10 for the release of The Perfect Disguise AND Vibrant P'Ocean!

We’re kickin’ off Dogfish Head’s 25th anniversary year with the release of two off-centered brews – The Perfect Disguise and Vibrant P’Ocean. Starting on Friday, January 10, you can stop by our Rehoboth Beach brewpub OR our Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen to enjoy a pint of either of these offbeat ales!

Making its return, The Perfect Disguise (8.0% ABV) is an American, double dry-hopped IPA disguised as a Kolsch. Brewed with a crisp Kolsch yeast, German chit malt and nearly 4lbs. of German and American hops per barrel, this year’s iteration of The Perfect Disguise features brand-new artwork by Off-Centered Art Series artist Dan Styles.

A collaboration 200 years in the making, Vibrant P’Ocean (4.7% ABV) is a blended sour with one part coming from the Belgium’s famed Rodenbach Brewery and the other coming from Dogfish Head. Rodenbach’s portion is a two-year, foeder-aged sour brewed in Belgium and shipped by tanker to Milton, Delaware. Our part is a kettle sour brewed with pilsner malt, malted wheat, elderberry, elderflower, lemon slices and fleur-de-sel. The result is a light-bodied beer with tart, dry flavors of jammy berries and floral lemon.
