Starting December 6th, we will begin hosting a 3-day ticketed bottle release with 6 total bottles; 3 barrel aged beers, 2 stouts, and 1 saison. Tis’ the season for big, dark beers and we are so excited to bring you so many right before the Holidays.
Tickets are on sale starting November 11, 2019 at 7pm CST. Tickets can be purchased here.

In an effort to keep our guests safe during the unpredictable Minnesota winters, we have decided to host a 3 day ticketed bottle release indoors. We were fortunate enough last year with the weather, but want to ensure everyone is safe, and warm, by hosting the ticketed event indoors. Your ticket guarantees you all 6 bottles being released, along with a curated, 6 course beer preview with small bites hosted by Forager Brewery Head Brewer Austin Jevne and food provided by Thai Pop.

Beer Package Includes:

Pastry Lace

Pastry Lace is a 3-way barrel blended collaboration with our friends from Pulpit Rock and Barrel Theory. Small format barrels from our friends at Rock Filter Distillery held our batch 500 stout. These barrels were blended with our Barrel Theory collaboration in Willet Distillery barrels . We then blended with our Pulpit Rock collaboration that sat in Few Spirit rye barrels. We conditioned the blend on vanilla beans from Mexico, Madagascar and Tahiti, cocoa nibs from Peru, Ghana and Ecuador, and finally toasted coconut, roasted pecans and cayenne pepper.

Dribbles

Dribbles was brewed in March of 2018 using fresh maple sap from Miller’s Maple Farm in Cashton, WI. It then rested in a Joseph Magnus 12 year whiskey barrel and multiple small format maple soaked barrels. A medley of flavors developed during extended aging and whirled into layers of syrupy goodness. We treat this complex maple ale with toasted coconut, roasted cocoa nibs, sticky maple syrup, oily vanilla beans, aromatic cinnamon and fresh ground coffee beans. Blended for trips off the beaten path to your favorite sugar shack. Made pudding dribbles, then barrel aged it for 21 months and so now its just dribbles

Backdoor

Backdoor is a barrel blended Holiday Stout. We blended one small format gin barrel which aged for over 40 months with other barrels characterized by their rich chocolate flavors. We conditioned the blend on fresh mint leaves and cocoa nibs from 3 different growing regions. A perfect stocking stuffer for your Thin Mint loving friend. Same ingredients just barrel aged for 40 months.

The Dude

The Dude is inspired by a White Russian cocktail. It is aged on vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, hazelnuts, coffee and lactose sugar. This imperial milk stout is creamy and smooth, with rich nuttiness followed by a robust coffee finish. I’m the Dude, so that’s what you call me. That or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino, if you’re not into the whole brevity thing.

Pudding Goggles

Pudding Goggles is our imperial pastry porter brewed with an absurd amount of chocolate malt and gently hopped in the kettle. A special fermentation schedule yields velvety layers of rich chocolate pudding tones. We condition the final product on mountains of house-toasted coconut, roasted cocoa nibs, fresh scraped vanilla beans and aromatic cinnamon. Everything is better while drinking pudding goggles.

Shrub and Vine

Shrub and Vine was blended from two separate batches of oak fermented mixed culture saison. The barrels selected were blended onto late harvest Concord Grapes from a local vineyard and Honeyberries from the Blue Fruit Farm. This farmhouse ale drinks like a tart sparkling wine with notes of raspberry, blackberry and Smucker’s Grape Jelly. Enjoy this Minnesota wild saison with a friend while preparing a delicious feast.
