Five off-menu courses paired with six different Funky Picnic beers, including one brand new beer!

There is a lot of love between our brewhouse and kitchen, and we wanted to share this love with you in our first-ever beer dinner! Chef Josh Rangel and Head Brewer Michael Harper have created five courses to show off the marriage of food and beer with the taste of summer. Only 25 tickets are available, so that we can make this an intimate affair where you get to discuss the food and beer with our chef and brewer, as well as get to know your community. We will be releasing a beer created specially to be paired with our dessert course, and this will be the first chance to drink it and the ONLY chance to take this beer home with you in a 32 oz Crowler. Must be 21+ to attend.

Welcome Beer: Mexican Lager - La Raza

1st Course: Hamachi (yellowtail) sashimi, serrano puree, supreme oranges, chili oil, & a micro cilantro salad
Beer Pairing: Pilsner - Coasters!!!

2nd Course: Crispy prosciutto, mixed greens, baby radish, mango, & chili vinaigrette
Beer Pairing: Witbier - You Wanted A Wit

3rd Course: Seared salmon, sweet corn puree, & fennel salad
Beer Pairing: Hazy IPA - Hashtag Influencer

4th Course: Pork belly, couscous, plum sauce, & a micro salad
Beer Pairing: ESB - Funny Accent

5th Course: White chocolate mousse, cherry gelee, fresh cherries, dark chocolate ganache, avocado lime ice cream
Beer Pairing: Special Release: Cherry Brut IPA
