Boomtown Brewery Releases Newest Artist Canned Collaboration: Crazy Hazy IPA

Boomtown Brewery has collaborated with London based artist Pref for their newest hazy DIPA in their artist series to create the aptly named Crazy Hazy DIPA. Pref is known for how he explores words and common phrases through unique multi-layered murals. His 3D text creates amalgamations of quippy sayings, and the label he created for Boomtown is no exception. It’s an MC Escher style piece spelling crazy. Just what Angelenos need on a Saturday.

And what can we tell you about the new beer? It is an 8.2% Hazy DIPA made with Motueka, Cryo and Mosaic hops that is bursting with flavors of Pineapple, Grapefruit, Chirimoya. The special limited-edition Hazy DIPA will be available in a can (18 dollars for a four pack) and on tap at the crack of noon on May 4th. There will be special edition swag available to commemorate the event, and since it’s a Boomtown event, no doubt tasty grub available for the masses.
