Join us from Friday, August 24-Sunday, August 26 for a Beer Experience that’s truly farm to table. This month’s ‘This Little Dogfish Went to the Market’ Beer Experience features four dishes created using fresh, local ingredients from the weekly, Rehoboth Beach Farmers’ Market! Choose to delight in just one course, with or without the suggested beer pairing (prices listed below), or get them all, each paired with a complementary off-centered ale, for just $40*!

Course 1 – Jess' Summer Gazpacho – $7
A refreshing cold soup with cantaloupe, cucumber, red onion, lime and mint.
Paired with SeaQuench Ale.

Course 2 – Legumes – $10
Hot lentil and garbanzo salad with a spicy tomato broth, kale, fresh parmesan cheese, rosemary and oregano.
Paired with Sorted and Sifted, a brewpub exclusive beer!

Course 3 – Pasta – $15
House-made porcini mushroom pasta in a mushroom, white wine cream sauce with Kennett Square mushrooms, peas, parmesan cheese and sage.
Paired with Faithful Companion, a brewpub exclusive beer!

Course 4 – Emily's Summer 'Beery' Shortcake – $6
Shortcake with strawberries, blueberries, peach purée, fresh whipped cream and a Festina Pêche glaze.
Paired with Festina Pêche.
