City Tap Penn Quarter is out to prove that some beers do get better with time during Gems from the Cellar, kicking off the Tuesday before SAVOR at 5pm. Vintage, sour and barrel-aged beers from renowned breweries including 2017 Deschutes Black Butte XXIX, 2017 Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout and 2015 Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout will be available on draft at the restaurant, illustrating the added complexities and layers of flavor that beers gain when aged.
