Celebrating great drinks and the great outdoors with three hours of craft beer sampling in nature.

Then you're in luck! The Frothy Forage, a unique craft beer fest fundraiser where the surroundings are just as refreshing as the drinks, returns May 19, 2018! Enjoy three hours of unlimited sampling from some of our favorite local breweries and wineries all while surrounded by 379 acres of Riveredge Nature Center's wild Wisconsin. Add in carnival style games to compete against your friends in, live bluegrass music from The Honeygoats and Kendra Swanson, and delicious food trucks to fuel your adventure. Oh, and did we mention the special beer trek through the woods complete with additional sampling stations from our amazing sponsors?!

This year, we really have something to raise a (recycled) sampling glass to- 2018 marks Riveredge's 50th Anniversary as the first nature center in Southeast Wisconsin. All proceeds from the Frothy go straight into protecting and restoring our 379 acres that have served as a learning laboratory and natural sanctuary for tens of thousands of community members each year.

We'll be releasing more of the 15+ amazing local producers you'll get to enjoy three hours of samples from as the event draws closer, but our first batch should give you a taste of the variety and quality you can expect! We are very excited to welcome Lakefront Brewery, Point Brewery, Ciderboys, City Lights Brewing Company, Mershon's Cidery, Riverside Brewery and Restaurant, Mead King Brewing, Karben4 Brewing, and The Fermentorium Brewery & Tasting Room to the 2018 Frothy family! Stay tuned to this for more announcements as we approach the big day. :)

We know you'll also need to keep yourself fueled for all this fun, and Streetza Pizza By The Slice, Pedro's South American Food, and Cousins Subs will be on hand as well selling fresh, delicious food for any appetite.
