This class focuses on the retail side or front-of-house activities of a craft beverage entity: pubs, tasting and tap rooms. This side of the operation is increasingly where craft businesses need to make a large portion of their profits as the shelves become more crowded in the off-premise environment and big players dominate. Students will benefit from learning about best practices and improving the profitability and customer experience in these environments. The ideal student for this class is someone who will be creating or managing a front of house operation.
