Peel Handcrafted Pizza will release a collaboration with Berthoud Brewing on May 19. Union Blanc, Peel’s first collaboration beer, is a Belgian-style pale ale crafted with local Troubadour Maltings’ pale and wheat malts, and features German Hallertau Blanc hops.
