Pairsine Chefs Fine Food and Wine Pairing is Boulder/Denver's top food and beer event of the year.

Pairsine Chefs Fine Food and Wine Pairing Competition is considered one of the front range’s most revered summer time celebrations of premium quality beers and cuisine.

Ten beer-savvy Colorado chefs will create twenty gourmet dishes to pair with top winning beers from the 2018 Denver International Beer Competition. Foodie’s get to cast their votes for the coveted People’s Choice Chef, while pro judges vote for the “Most Creative” and “Best Chef”.

The venue is the stunning Outdoor Pavilion at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield, overlooking the Omni swimming pools and offering vistas of the Flatiron mountains. The event will include live acoustic entertainment and a silent auction benefiting “There With Care”. A logo beer class included with entry.
