Celebrate Illinois Craft Beer Week with a delicious 5-course dinner, perfectly paired with beers brewed by Alter Brewing Company. Arboretum and Alter staff will be on hand to guide you through the dinner and answer your questions about food and beer.

Beer Dinner Menu:
Amuse: Scallop Ceviche, Saffron-blood orange gastrique, kiwi foam, prosciutto, chive
Paired with Center Line (Golden Ale)

Second Course: Chilled Honeycrisp Apple Soup, bacon chutney, ginger
Paired with Alterior Motive (Midwest IPA)

Third Course: Red Endive, watercress, nectarines, Marcona Almonds, Pleasant Ridge Reserve Cheddar, Bing Cherry Vinaigrette
Paired with King Balaton (Cherry Wheat)

Entrée: Crispy Sockeye salmon, marble potato 'chips’, malt vinegar beurre blanc, ramps
Paired With Dan’s Brown (Brown Ale)

Dessert: Banana trifle, marinated bananas, dark chocolate, Chantilly cream, house made toffee
