Looking for trained talent? Interview the next round of grads from KPU's Brewing Diploma on Feb. 26!

Meet and interview the next graduating class from Kwantlen Polytechnic University's (KPU) Brewing & Brewery Operations Diploma program.

Our soon-to-be-grads -- including several from the US -- have studied and trained for two years in our state-of-the-art pilot brewery and labs learning:
- practical brewing
- recipe development
- brewing chemistry
- microbiology
- quality control
- sensory analysis
- operations
- sales and marketing
- business ethics
- and more!

Our students also work part-time for local breweries while they're in school, adding to their practical, hands-on experience and industry knowledge.

A number of our previous grads have gone on to win industry awards and, in 2017, our current students won bronze at the BC Beer Awards, and gold and silver medals at the US Open College Beer Championship.

KPU Brewing is one of a few institutions recognized by the Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA) for a standard of excellence in brewing education.
