Farm fresh beer pairing dinner featuring local farms and highlighting Empire's beer.

We’re closing the restaurant for a unique stationed beer pairing event at the Syracuse Brewpub featuring Greyrock Farm, the Farmer’s Market, Gianforte, Delaney’s Farm, Meadow’s Farm, and the Empire Farm. Bring a date and cruise the casual slo food pairing stations. Enjoy the freedom to skip any station and go back to your favorites!

MENU:

STATION ONE
Hop cured salmon roll with hop lox, cucumber and avocado maki roll. Paired with White Aphro, a belgian-style wheat ale featuring ginger & lavender. 6% ABV

STATION TWO
Traditional British pork pie with pickled red onions. Paired with Slo Mo’, a mosaic hopped india pale ale. 6.5 % ABV

STATION THREE
Chicken pad prik pow with chili sauce, peppers, garlic, and thai basil. Paired with Thai Dragon, a belgian-style ale brewed with fresh, local thai basil. 5.6% ABV

STATION FOUR
Grilled peach with farmers cheese, e-piary honey and tarragon. Paired with Peach Buzz, a wheat ale brewed featuring peach & our estate honey. 6% ABV

STATION FIVE
Gazpacho made with tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers, topped with basil & olive oil. Paired with East Coast Amber, a full bodied amber ale. 5.6% ABV

STATION SIX
Shaved fennel and cucumber salad with red peppers, lemon and sour cream. Paired with Empire Saison, a traditional farm style saison ale. 5.6%ABV

STATION SEVEN
Fried cheese curds with heirloom tomato dipping sauce. Paired with Skinny Atlas Light, a german-style kölsch ale. 5.3% ABV

STATION EIGHT
Fried nutella with red fruit sauce. Paired with Black Magic Stout, WBC® winner for best stout in the world. 4.8% ABV

STATION NINE
Sambusa, an African rice and pork pastry. Paired with Empire Cream Ale, a nitrogenated pub style cream ale. 5.3% ABV

STATION TEN
Grilled Delaney’s corn with chippy mayo, and queso fresco. Paired with Lax Lager, brewed exclusively for Air Gait Brewing Co. 4.6% ABV

STATION ELEVEN
Wagyu pastrami on rye bread with mustard and pickled cucumbers. Paired with Empire India Pale Lager. 6% ABV
