In its original 2015 form, this Inception Series beer flew off the shelves and people were kicking themselves for not grabbing a bottle, or two, or a case, while they could!

Our 2018 Reserve Series vintage is even cooler!
This saison was crafted with Nebraska Yakima Gold hops from Midwest Hop Producers and Ardennes yeast. We then aged it in Sauvignon Blanc Barrels for 6-months. You'll find that this Barrel Aged Saison spans the flavors of grassy to lightly tropical and can be paired with nearly everything!
