Our very own Chef Stevan has teamed up with Chef Eduardo Escalante, formerly of Oh! Bon Bon, to develop a 5 course beer and tasting menu that will highlight seasonal fall ingredients and showcase Escalante's advance techniques with candymaking and pastry. $70 gets you a prix-fixe 5 course meal including a taster paired with each course. dashi-poached asparagus wrapped in speck

Second Course
lemon-meyer kosho confit of albacore with pole beans and fingerling potato chip
Paired With: Drink This or the Bees Die Honey Ale

Third Course
corn soup with pickled butternut squash, nasturtium flowers and bitter honey
Paired With: Red Ale

Fourth Course
housemade pork sausage with coriander, cumin, mustard, served with pork jus, IPA-braised clams, fennel fronds
Paired With: Goofy Regular Hazy IPA

Fifth Course
pumpkin-flavored macarons, assorted bonbons, handmade candies
Paired With: Apricot Saison aged in Red Wine Barrels
