of or first two sour foudre beers.

The Fall of the Damned Bourbon Barrel Aged Sour Red Ale with marionberries and blackberries- 7% - 500ml- $16/bottle- limit 3/ person
**brewed into our Brunello oak foudre and aged for three months before being transferred into bourbon barrels where it aged for an additional nine months. After moderatly souring in barrels the beer was blended and racked on top of 2 pounds per gallon of marionberries and blackberries.

The resulting beer was bottle conditioned and is ready for you to enjoy. This quaffable sour is the perfect expression of what Burial aims to continue to produce from our sour program- a complex beer that exists through a clean ferment, brettanomyces ferment and then lactic souring.

The Seperation of Light and Darkness Mixed Culture Saison- 5%- 750ml $16- limit 6/person

This is a perfect example of wild, rustic and off the cuff that tells a tale of complexity and terroir. This is the first beer we ever brewed into our Brunello oak foudres. It is the perfect expresssion of our love for clean saison fermentation which was then aged upon carefully selected cultures of brettanomyces and lactibacillus for 12 months before being dry hopped with a mild dose of complimentary hops.

More details surrounding release logistics will be posted re: wrist bands and such!
