Grilled Wisconsin Artisanal Cheese & Beer Pairing Feast.

Chefs from nine (9) of Milwaukee's best restaurants are randomly assigned a Wisconsin artisanal cheese and craft beer pairing. Their job: create a unique and insanely delicious grilled cheese that plays well with the selected beer. Guests receive a welcome beer and passport, which they'll use to navigate as they sample all the fabulous combinations stationed throughout the brewery. And yes, there will be a dessert and beer paring!
