6/13/2017 -- The Beer Yogis at Ancient City Brewing

Yoga and beer session at Ancient City Brewing. All levels welcome, registration includes first beer!

The Beer Yogis gather at Ancient City Brewing in St. Augustine, Florida for a 60 minute all-levels vinyasa flow led by Melissa and Mikki. Post practice, we’ll enjoy pints of fresh Ancient City beers and the company of fellow Beer Yogis.

Our practice will begin promptly at 6:30pm. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in, and bring your yoga mat and any props or items (towels, water, etc) you would like for your practice.
