6/17/2017 -- The Beer Yogis at 3 Stars Brewing

Yoga and beer session at 3 Stars Brewing. All levels welcome, registration includes first beer!

The Beer Yogis join forces with Druminyasa at 3 Stars Brewing in Washington DC for a 60 minute all-levels vinyasa flow led by Melissa and Mikki, with live drumming by Brad! Post practice, we’ll enjoy pints of fresh 3 Stars beers and the company of fellow Beer Yogis.

Our practice will begin promptly at 11:30am. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in, and bring your yoga mat and any props or items (towels, water, etc) you would like for your practice.
