Crispy Duck Breast served with Cherry Au Jus and Celeraic Puree

Fourth Course: Reef Donkey
Thai Monk Fish wrapped in Banana Leaves and marinated with ginger, chile, cilantro, and coconut milk. Served with pineapple rice and stir fry vegtables.
