Topics such as The Origins of Beer Flavor, Brewing Local, Draft Quality Affecting Retail Sales, Barrels 101, Beer Buying Strategies, Video Marketing and more will be covered, as well as a Spiegelau Beer Glass tasting following the lunch included with your registration.
$60.00 registration fee includes lunch and a Spiegelau Craft Beer Tasting Kit with 3 glasses (IPA, Wheat and Stout) to take home (Retail value ~$20.00)
Sunday August 27th there is a Coopers Workshop being run by River Drive at Logboat Brewing Company, for a separate fee, in which you can obtain your Certified Cellar Technician™ and/or Certified Cellar Cooper™ Certification, depending on your selection of the full day or the half day session.
