Join us as we take you along an authentic culinary adventure through Thailand exploring rich ingredients and new tastes. Zinda is partnering with Bombshell Brewery to make this a night you won’t want to miss. Our 5 course menu will offer some of Thailand’s most authentic cuisine including Kaeng Masaman, Tom Ka Gai, and Crispy Rice Noodles with shrimp.

This dinner has an all-inclusive price that takes care of your entire dinner, beverage pairings, tax & gratuity! You buy your ticket online and leave your wallet at home.

1st Course
Crispy Pork Side Marinated pork belly,baked then fried until crispy. topped with a sweet and savory sauce and served with a side of rice.
Paired with Bombshell’s Polished Pilsner

2nd Course
Tom Ka Gai Thai Coconut Chicken Soup – A chef favorite. This soup is served in a bowl of coconut milk with chicken, lemongrass and many other spices.
Paired with Bombshell’s Lemongrass Ale

3rd Course
Crispy Rice Noodles with Shrimp Flash fried rice noodles with tofu and shrimp in flavorful sauce. Topped with bean sprouts, green onions and Thai chilies on the side.
Paired with Bombshell’s Irish Ale

4th Course
Kaeng Masaman (Muslim Curry) slow braised beef in a spicy coconut milk sauce. This sauce consists of coconut milk, cinnamon, peanuts, fish sauce and cardamom seeds. Served with a side of rice.
Paired with Bombshell’s Lost My Way IPA

5th Course
Tapioca and Young Coconut This a great way to end the meal. Tapioca in warm coconut milk that has been lightly sweetened to perfection.
