The Perrin Pub draft offerings are becoming more diverse as this partnership evolves into a new year of creative opportunities among Perrin Brewing Company, Oskar Blues Brewery, and Cigar City Brewing. In addition to the release of the iconic Jai Alai IPA of Cigar City, there the first scheduled batch of Michigan-brewed Oskar Blues Dale’s Pale Ale available draft only on January 28th at Ice Jam Winter Festival and in the Perrin Pub.

Brewers Association Names Mary Pellettieri First Quality Instructor

In support of its mission to promote quality in brewing, the Brewers Association (BA)—the not-for-profit trade association dedicated to small and independent American craft brewers—today announced the selection of Mary Pellettieri as the first-ever Quality Instructor. In this role, Pellettieri will work with the BA Quality Subcommittee to develop content for and deliver presentations that address brewing quality practices, systems and parameters.

Burial Beer Co. Adds Distribution to New York

Burial Beer Co. will launch the New York market beginning Tuesday, January 17th with events around the Manhattan and Brooklyn areas. The brewery has maintained a long-standing relationship with the Craft Specialty Departments of Union Beer who they have named as their distributor. Due to ties to the city, via Jess Reiser who grew up in Brooklyn, New York was the clear choice for Burial’s next market expansion.
