Wolf Creek Brewery

Valencia, CA – As of March 21st, specialized craft beer distributor Craft Beer Guild (CBG) will begin distributing Wolf Creek’s year-round favorites, seasonals, and specialties to Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Ventura County, and Santa Barbara County.

“Rob and I are so excited to have the opportunity to partner with CBG! Partnering with a Craft-only Distributor not only allows us to grow our footprint with confidence. We know that our beer will be taken good care of so that we can concentrate on continuing to make fantastic product,” said founder Laina McFerren.

Wolf Creek Brewery is a well-respected Los Angeles craft beer pioneer that began their journey in 1997, opening the Valencia brewpub. Due to the overwhelming demand for the beer outside the restaurant, they expanded into a full scale Brewery and Tasting Room in 2013.

The Wolf Creek story all started with a home brew kit one Christmas. Who knew that the Christmas present Laina bought Rob nearly 25 years ago would evolve to this point. Rob and Laina founded Wolf Creek Restaurant & Brewing Co. in 1997 with lots of help from friends and family. John Maly joined the two recently with the goal of growing the company. Due to the overwhelming demand for the beer outside the restaurant, the company expanded its brewing operations and built a new, 30-barrel brew house in 2013 – complete with tasting room and private party facilities. While Rob enjoys brewing a huge variety of styles from hoppy IPAs to spicy Belgian Ales, they’ve enjoyed great success with the Howlin’ Hefe. This German style hefeweizen continues to awards and the hearts and minds of beer lovers throughout the Los Angeles area.

Scott Leibowitz, General Manager for CBG said, “We are excited to introduce this amazing Brewery to our current on-premise and off-premise accounts. Wolf Creek has developed an incredible reputation within the beer community. We are proud to be their partner.”
