They vary in size and styles, but the shared experiences of each attendee lends to new ideas and excitement in this booming industry. Attendees include, Sierra Nevada, Highland Brewing Company, Allagash Brewing, Terrapin Brewing, Flying Dog Brewing, and Red Brick Brewing.

The roundtable interactive sessions will focus on new and future brewery management software technologies and optimizing brewery operations. Topics include Control System Integration, Calculations on a Brew (Recipe Management), Quality Control and Testing, Lot Tracking, Tasting Panel, Automating Excise Tax and TTB Reporting, Document Management, Scheduling and Forecasting, Splitting Batches, and MRP.

“The relaxed, open discussions provide a unique opportunity for our craft brewery clients to connect with Vicinity team and VicinityBrew users. The VicinityBrew Summit is not limited to current VicinityBrew clients, this event is for anyone in brewery operations, finance, or quality. Our environment allows cross pollination fresh ideas and new technologies. The conversations also allow direct access to the VicinityBrew development team to discuss future software functionality,” says Brooke Webb, Vicinity Manufacturing’s director of sales and marketing.

In addition to sessions attendees are given the opportunity to network and discuss their daily operations while exploring the local beer scene during a series of brewery tours via the local Asheville trolley charter.

Vicinity Manufacturing is a proud member of the American Brewers Association and will be traveling to Denver, CO next April to Exhibit at the 2014 Craft Brewer’s’ Conference (CBC).

Our team attended last May and met a lot of great folks. The conversations were rich and our team really gained a lot of insight into the bar code data collection needs of craft breweries. Looking forward to Asheville! #panatrack #VicinityBrew
