SAVOR Announces Pairing Menu

WASHINGTON DC – The beer and food pairing menu for the SAVOR craft beer and food event in June was announced today.

“Standout Pairings” from Standing Stone Brewing Co, Big Boss Brewing and others highlighted a list of over 100 different pairings.

Craftbeer.com writes:

“What do you get when you combine two of the country’s top chefs, 70 small and independent craft brewers, and a ton of local oysters and artisan cheese? Well for one, you get SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience: the highly anticipated, sold out, don’t call it a beer festival, craft beer event happening in DC June 3 – 4. And two, you get the opportunity to see the limitless possibilities that develop when craft beer meets great food.

The pairing menu for this craft beer and food extravaganza has now been released. What sets this menu apart from others, is that the chefs, Adam Duyle from San Francisco’s famed Monk’s Kettle, and Teddy Folkman of Granville Moore’s gastropub in Washington, DC, have provided their notes explaining the pairing choices. These notes include what to look for, and how these flavorful combinations work together. This is further proof that SAVOR is not just an ordinary beer event, but rather an educational endeavor into the culinary delights of craft beer and cuisine.”
