If the Notch Session Pils is one of the more accurate representations of the Czech-style pilsners, than think of this offering from Odell Brewing as it’s big brother. At 8.1% ABV, you might think that the crisp pilsner characteristics would be lost- but this beer does an incredible job of being as true to the style while still being a “double.” Starting with the pour, through the finish, almost everything about this beer is enjoyable.
