Even though we weren’t quite sure to expect from a beer named “BBQ Peach,” to our surprise, the beer was completely different than what we anticipated. What wasn’t a surprise was the way in which this limited edition brew was artfully crafted, by a renowned chef nonetheless. BBQ Peach, the latest offering in the Burke in a Bottle series (named for the Chef David Burke who created the recipe) is a pleasant change of pace from the more traditional styles we are used to.
