PORTLAND, MAINE  – First came Fresh Cut, next came the nationally acclaimed Super Fresh, and now, Peak Organic Brewing Co. further perfects their line of specialty pilsners with Happy Hour pils. A leader in the craft beer community since helping to re-establish the pilsner as a staple for craft beer enthusiasts, Peak’s latest offering is a meticulously crafted beer that is remarkably clean and thirst quenching.

To put it simply, Happy Hour is a crisp, light lager delicately brewed for maximum crushability. With this new pilsner, it’s Always Happy Hour.

“Pilsners are on fire right now,” Peak’s brewer/founder Jon Cadoux stated. “Hops have been all the rage for years, and IPA’s will still be the lifeblood of craft beer. But Peak has always been about clean, sessionable beers that are huge on flavor, and we’re seeing that more and more beer drinkers are hunting for that as well. Fresh Cut has become a staple of our brewery for that very reason, and now Happy Hour builds out Peak’s pilsner line and give our fans something phenomenally crushable.”

Happy Hour will be available starting July 15th in select market, and will be available nationwide later in August. It will be available in both draft and six-pack cans.
